I have looked at research papers, blogs, YouTube videos (e.g. Glucose Goddess), recipes. I have found what I needed but I did not have the WILLPOWER to apply what I have learned from them. Until I joined this PCOS Program. It involves Filipino cuisine and techniques that are super practical. At first, I was hesitating because I might give up in the midst of it. But that was when I decided that I will be easy on myself in finishing this PCOS Program and that I will be as realistic and practical as possible in incorporating everything I have learned from this program in to my lifestyle. As a result, though I did not lose weight to a point that my figure changed, I felt good overall. I sleep early and wake up early without feeling groggy for the rest of the day. I finally manage to control my cravings. No bloating, no frequent occurrences of constipation, etc. And I now began the habit to watch what I eat. This habit is something that I haven't done before. If it weren't for this program, I would still be succumbed to my unhealthy eating habits while dealing with the consequences they inflicted on my body.

The Mastering Cravings module was very helpful for me. Prior to that module, I only knew of two ways to try to control my cravings: drinking water, and eating something protein-rich whenever I crave for something sweet. Now, I know there are other things I can try whenever I feel the urge to eat sweets.
I loved the sample meal plan, examples of foods with the nutrients and fiber since i dont know much. Sample preparations. It expanded my choices for fiber rich bfast or snack
Before Ms. Grace's PCOS Nutrition Program, I have been managing my PCOS on my own without much improvement on my symptoms and nutrition. After the program, I already noticed how changing some of my eating habits can already be a great help in managing my symptoms without relying on birth control pills. The Program gave me structure and consistency on how I can properly start my own PCOS nutrition journey.
