Sabi nga ng gastro doctor ko, kaya naman palang pababain ang mga bad cholesterol chenes results ko without taking statins. So she encouraged me to continue whatever it is I’m doing daw para pagpahingahin daw namin si liver ko sa kakainom ng maintenance meds. To me, this encouragement is huge and it’s a big validation that I’m on the right track pala. New mantra na siya: “Kaya ko naman pala.” Also, seeing my weight being a consistent 170 the past two weeks is also a small win that feels humongous. I’ve always been a below 140lbs gal so imagine my surprise over the years when 150 snuck up on me, then 160, then 170, then ang tumataginting na 180. Dito na ako nag-panic internally. So any small shedding is huge for me. And I plan to shed more talaga.

I had tried various diet programs in the past, but what set the KainPo Nutrition program apart was its ability to help me develop the right mindset towards my journey of dieting. Initially, I viewed dieting as a daunting task, but Ma'am Grace's program transformed it into an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for me. Instead, the focus was on developing awareness of what I eat and maintaining discipline in my exercise routine beyond the duration of the diet program. As a result, I found the KainPo Nutrition Program to be ideal for individuals seeking a strong foundation at the beginning of their dieting journey. I also loved na may structure yung program, but at the same time, hindi rin siya rigid. I can choose what kind of goals will I try to achieve in a month, and the suggested meal plan was based on what I commonly eat. Hindi na namin kailangang pumunta sa high-end supermarkets para lang maghanap ng ingredient for a recipe kasi yung mga food na nakasulat doon ay affordable. Aside that I was able to lose some of my weight, the most fulfilling result of the program was that I feel that whatever I learned from the program is now seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. For instance, I never forget not to do exercises anymore even for just 30 minutes since I started Ma’am Grace’s workout plan. In addition, I observed that I can last longer in doing workouts compared to when I first started my proper exercise routine. I am a repeat customer. I tried different RNDs after Grace, but I went back to her because I know she can deliver peer-reviewed and reputable information and advices to me in a confident manner. The best thing about the program was Grace herself. Her style of guiding wasn't forceful. She would listen to my goals without completely taking out things I couldn't get rid off entirely. If I say there was something I couldn't give up, she would just give me a healthier alternative. This helped me reduce my cravings of negative food intake without depriving me - until eventually I weened off the chocolate on my own, but through her guidance and in a slow, patient, healthy transition. In addition to that, she listened. I felt because of her listening, her program wasn't a copy and paste of general nutrition but a guide that targeted me as an individual and not a general populace. She's friendly, patient, listens and honest. If she feels I can't commit to the program, she will let me know. Other coaches continue the program because they continue being paid even if the student doesn't follow or there's no improvement. But with Grace (and I'm basing this on my time with her) she can drop me if I'm not following. I feel that it's not money she's after but it's genuinely helping the person because after all, that's what I asked her to do - to help me. I know this because it almost happened so I behaved again hahahahaha.

  1. Show Up & Take Action. Coaching only works if you apply what we discuss. Commit to following through on your action steps each week.
  2. Keep an Open Mind. Be willing to unlearn myths, try new approaches, and trust evidence-based nutrition instead of chasing quick fixes.
  3. No Extreme Diets or Shortcuts. If you’re looking for rapid weight loss, detoxes, or strict meal plans, this isn’t for you. We focus on long-term, sustainable habits.
  4. Prioritize Consistency Over Perfection. Don’t expect to get everything right 100% of the time. But small, consistent changes will get you results.
  5. Communicate Honestly. If you’re struggling, confused, or have concerns, tell me. I can adjust the plan, but only if I know what’s going on.
  6. Track Progress Beyond the Scale. We won’t just focus on weight. You’ll also assess energy levels, digestion, habits, and mindset shifts to see real progress.
  7. Follow the Agreed Plan. If we create a strategy together, commit to it. Making random changes or jumping from plan to plan won’t help us succeed.
  8. Respect Our Time. Show up for check-ins, submit any required logs or updates, and be on time for scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice.
  9. Invest in Your Health. Nutrition coaching requires commitment – mentally, physically, and financially. Be prepared to put in the effort.

How much time does this program require?

  • Official program duration is 3 months, with 30-minute coaching calls every week. There are nutrition-related exercises and tasks each week, which may take about 10 – 20 minutes to finish, except for meal prepping exercises that may take up longer time (case-to-case basis).

What if I get busy during the program?

  • This nutrition coaching program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your schedule. If things get busy, your coach will work with you to adjust your plan and find practical ways to stay on track, even on your busiest days. Plus, with daily chat support and flexible resources, you’ll have the guidance you need to keep making progress, no matter what life throws your way.
