In 2014 a client came to me and asked me to help him outlive his dad who died at an early age due to stroke.
Together we created a diet plan that he can actually follow as a busy husband and dad working a corporate job in Metro Manila.
Now he is no longer “following” that diet plan that served as his “crutch” when he was just starting an active lifestyle. He finally developed healthy eating HABITS and is proud to tell me that he has outlived his dad for more than a decade and counting.
